Managing Partner - José A. Rodriguez Aquino, CPA
Graduated with honors with a B.S. in Business Administration,
with concentration in Management. He has post-graduated studies with
a concentration in Accounting. With over 22 years of
experience, Jose’s background includes having worked as Vice
President and Controller for a recognized health insurance company
as well as Manager for two of the Big Four Public Accounting Firms
in Puerto Rico. He oversees the operations of Baker Tilly
Puerto Rico along with his partners Joel & Rafael Jr.

Partner - Joel Díaz Guzmán, CPA, MBA
Graduated with honors with a B.B.A. with concentration in
Accounting and a minor in Finance and Economics, he also has a
M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance. With over 15 years of
experience, Joel manages the Audit Department of our office serving
a diverse clientele portfolio.

Advisory Partner - Rafael Rivera Díaz, CPA
Graduated with honors with a B.B.A. with concentration in
accounting. He is a financial planner and the Management Advisory
Partner of our Firm. He manages our office's Small Business
Department for most of our manufacturing and retails clients.
Rafael has over 16 years of experience in public accounting.

Tax Director - Eugenio R. Lomba Rodriguez, MBA
Graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with
concentration in Accounting. He also has a M.B.A. with a
concentration in Finance. He worked for the Puerto Rico Treasury
Department from 1991 to 1999, being the Office of Specialized
Investigation the last one where he worked and gained his most
complete tax experience. From there, he started working on the
Public Accounting field and today he manages the Tax Department of
our firm as our Tax Director. Eugenio has over 17 years of
experience in tax related accountancy.
